Barb -
Greta's bad breath may be a sign of an infection in her mouth.  Are her
gums bright red anywhere?  She might need her teeth clean or she might
have a piece of food lodged in somewhere causing an abcess.
 
Bad breath can also indicate kidney disease.
 
Best to take her to a vet and have her checked.  Hugs to all. tle
