My large 3.75 pound hob, which my vet says is almost 3 inches longer than
the biggest he's ever seen, will travel the entire length of 50 FEET of
four inch dryer hose intending, of course, to shoot out the end.  However,
if my female simply APPEARS at the entrance he will back the entire length
out of it and actually have built up so much static electricity as to
discharge on the nearest ferret when he gets out!  (I personally think
this contributes to the "stunned" appearance he often exhibits).
