Hi all.  I got a call from a young lady whose parents live in Mexico.  She
goes to college in the USA.  She wants to buy a ferret but does not know
if it is legal to cross the border with one as she visits her parents and
will be traveling back and forth.  Does anyone know what the laws are on
this?
