My favorite?  I would say boys - hands down --- not just for ferrets but
for any animal.  Katie was my 1st ferrets and my 1st female animal.  My
vet said that "females" are different.  Males - usually accept you as
your owner and want to please you right away - with a female pet - you
have to prove that you are worthy to be their owner...
 
I've only had one female animal and I can say that the vet was right... I
love my girl but my boyz are the best...
