Sounds like a fine size to me.  Nine weeks is still very young; give him
about four more months to reach full size.  (In fact, chances are he'll be
bigger at 6 months than at 10 months; they often lose a bit of baby fat
around then.)

Just to clear up any possible confusion, "fresh raisin" translates as
"grape".  It's great fun to watch Anne's trio line up in the kitchen
for their daily bits of peeled grape. :-)
