We begin Chapter Two with Christianaferret and the Dook making their
getaway by horseback on the magnificent steeds Ben and Jerry.  The
story was passed to Ardith Raine.  Ardith wrote:
 
Chapter Two
 
Ben and Jerry stopped suddenly.  They had forgotten one of their
passengers was not accustomed to riding such magnificent and powerful
steeds, so poor Christinaferret went flying straight over the Dooks
head and landed in a Bramble Bush.  As Christina lay there wondering
just what she had done to deserve all this, she decided she really,
really wanted to go home, NOW!  The Dook ran to her side, scooped her
up and began to remove the stickers from her beautiful fur coat.  He
kept mumbling something, but poor Christinaferret just did not
understand what he was saying.  By now, The Evil Hiss-Hiss was
standing over them, demanding to know just what the Dook of Cornish
Hen was doing with this obviously lesser being, this common, ordinary
ferret.  Christinaferret started to cry, but just then she
remembered....
