Hi all,

I am considering a possible move to California, but I'm concerned about my
ferret. I refuse to give him up. I know there's legislation pending in the
state to legalize ferrets. However, I can't count on that until I hear that
it has passed.

My question is, since there are obviously people in California who own
ferrets, how do people bring them in? I doubt I'll be driving in, and I
have a notion that were I to take him by plane (a prospect that displeases
me anyway), they'd detain the package at the airport.

Any info anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Steve
