ferret truly was viciously attacking someone (fat chance) then all they
would have to do is kick it or step on it, unlike a dog who can pin you
down and feed on you!!!

You said it so well.  Thanks for the chuckle, albeit a sick one.  We
definitely have to do something.  I feel this is a civil rights issue, law
abiding citizens are being deprived of their equal rights under the law.
Why can't they get the Civil Liberties Commission involved?
