Hi everyone!  Just wanted to post the happy news that I went to a pet shop
and there were two ferrets there for sale.  Both had been brought to the
store by private owners who could not/would not care for them anymore!  It
broke my heart.  So, of course, we brought them home. :-)
 
Our two new sweeties are: Sweetie (4 month old sable mask fixed deglanned)
and Snowy (1 year old black-eyed white fixed deglanned).  I felt so bad for
them at the shop that I could not leave them there in the Cedar chips.
They are both real darlings and our current four are happy to share our
love.
 
Slinky, Vixen, Shawnee and Chewy welcomed Sweetie and Snowy to the group
yesterday.  My 20 year old daughter wants to know if there is a Ferrets
Anonymous she can send us to? :-)  I am not addicted, I can quit anytime! -
Right!
 
Well that's our good news.  Our hearts go out to those folks in NY and
California who have to hide thier fuzzies away.  Ah, the insanity of it
all.  What next, no pets legal at all???  Carrie and the Furballs at
