JM from FHL: where to usually find adrenal glands

The adrenal glands are there, but sometimes the left gland is buried in
the fat pad just in front of the left kidney.  The right gland is under
the caudate lobe of the liver, so you have to move the liver lobe out of
the way to find the right gland by the vena cava.
