I love that show. I have an adrenal ferret named Mr. Peepers and he
looks EXACTLY like the baby meerkats! His hair grew back very funny!

That show makes me cry, though, for lots of reasons - sometimes because
I know the camera person could help (when they lost a baby in the grass
and couldn't find it) but also because of the one female that keeps
getting kicked out - it's so harsh.

I guess for some of us our love for the fuzzies extends to other small
fuzzy species :)
