  I picked up a copy of the Las Vegas Review-Journal & Las Vegas Sun.
 
  This was in the Miscellaneous pet section of the classified adds.

A vote will be taken to require registration & permits for animals. Certain
animals will be classified as dangerous or vicious for example, FERRETS, certain
breeds of dogs. If this considers you, attand and express your opinion. Meeting
