Hey folks,
 
I wanted to pass on a referral to some great reading material.  A great
book called "Nasty People" by Jay Carter.  It's only 60 pages but
provides a wealth of information on the dynamics of why nasty people are
the way they are and the best way to deal with them.  I think it would
be especially helpful in the community of the FML where we are always
dealing with different personalities.  I give this one a two thumbs up!!
