Judith White described her experience with her ferrets and the clear dryer
hose.  I'll have to second that.  Our crew and the shelter guys love it.
Even ferrets that don't normally get along will put aside their differences
in the dryer tube games.  Our first try with the clear hose was the
"regular" guage material.  It lasted about as long as the white type of
hose.  At our house, thats a couple of weeks.
 
The second set of hoses, was the "heavy duty" clear hose, and that's lasted
since June and is still going strong.  It costs a little more than twice as
much as the regular hose, but sure was worth the difference.
