If the heart was normal on the ultrasound then it is time for an
exploratory surgery.  If it is a lipoma then remove it.  If it is a
fat pad then remove it.  No way to make a lipoma go away without surgery.
Also remember that pred will increase the amount of fat deposited in the
abdomen (the so called pred belly).
