Joy we had the same experience with our Super Pet cage. The grooves
catch everything but they are difficult to clean out. A simple lip
would have trapped everything without the clean out nightmare that we
go through. The door on ours is ALMOST wide enough for a litter pan.
Did the people that designed this cage KNOW that ferrets use a litter
pan? I will choose more selectively next time.
