Attention ferret advocates- VETERINARIANS & FERRET OWNERS!!!!

VETERINARIANS- it would be beneficial if you would forward any
acknowledgement that you see health problems with newly purchased kits
that might not be present if they were older at time of sale!

A NH bill will be presented on Jan 9th. This bill will call for the age
of sale of ferrets to be moved to 8 weeks of age ( up from the 6 week
current age of sale). Please Help in NH ( and hopefully this will extend
to outlying states) by emailing us accounts of legitimate health problems
and conditions ( PLEASE include vet contact information -- on the
veterinarian who examined your purchased pet) from the current early age
of sale.

ALL USDA rated canine distemper vaccinations CURRENTLY state AGE OF
VACCINATION AT 8 weeks NO 6 weeks. If you had distemper exposure problems
please let us know! AS well as any other health problems that could be
related to the young age of sale.

We will be most appreciative of any reports whether it is in state or out
of state.

Please be sure to report date of purchase, location and what the problem
was. Also you name & address ( phone if possible) to make the report
credible. The more input we have the better.

Please send your statements to BOTH of the following email addy's:

the test!

Please feel free to pass this to all your ferret loving contacts!

Thank you! Emails of support must arrive by January 6th!
