The best way we've found to bathe multiple ferrets is to run the tub to
about ferret shoulder height, put on a pair of shorts and climb in with
them!!  You can wash one while the others soak.
 
Something that worked with Einstein, who hates running water, was to fill
both sides of the kitchen sink, one for wash and one for rinse.  As long as
there isn't water running over him, he's fine.
