Hmmm, this could be part of the problem.  One of my ferts, Brandy, still
gets green-eyed when I cuddle my "newest" baby that has been part of the
business for over a year.  I always have to fuss over Brandy when she
catches me giving Maharani attention.  Your tribe may have sensed the
favoritism you feel for the newbie and be responding with heightened
sibling rivalry .
