Any relationship, including marriage, can come to this.  When
relationships have reached the point where they are bringing out the
worst in the personalities involved and cannot be turned around, an
honest admission of that fact and a separation of parties involved from
one another is often the best course of action.  Love sometimes demands
it.  Reality is painful at times.  I hope you find a way to satisfactorily
resolve your situation soon, there is no reason to prolong unnecessary
suffering--either yours or the ferrets.
