Many large companies have programs where if any employee donates more than
a certain amount to any 501(c)3 charity they will match all or part of that
donation to the charity.  So if you donate $50 to a non-profit such as the
Pam Slack Memorial Fund or the Morris Foundation, your company might match
that $50 for a total donation of $100!
 
So for anyone who is considering making any type of donation, please see
your HR manager prior to making your donation to find out the requirements
for a company match.
