JustPlainKat here...not speaking as affiliated with any group...
 
i too was concerned about this...thinking how i would feel if i had
already lost so much...then the joy to find out that my babies had been
rescued... just to find out that they were immediately found new
homes...before i even had a chance to know where they were...
 
i would lose it with all of that loss...no pun intended...
 
i do wish that any of the animals rescued...be they ferret, cat, dog,
bird, mouse...whatever...would be held for a period of time...put into a
foster home if necessary...but not permanently re-homed till there is a
semblance of normalcy once again...where people can be reunited with the
one thing that may possibly be their reason to hold on...
