No, Vicks Vaporub is not safe for ferrets

They actually used ferrets in studies to find why infants get sicker,
sometimes very badly so, with it and the ferrets had serious problems
from it. The study is probably quoted in the FML Archives, the separate
FHL Archives, and very possibly in PubMed.
