 Attention all California Residents:
 
It has been confirmed that the California Department of Fish and Game will
be merging with: the California Highway Patrol [that branch of law
enforcement recently made so famous by Eric Estrada in the TV show
'CHiP's]...
 
 the new combined agency will be formally listed as:
 
 Department of.... 'Fish and Chips'....
 
 [and yes you may order yours with or without vinegar and salt....]
 
 a little survival humor there..  from the land of the abused and confused....
