South Carolina is NOT a Ferret-Free Zone.  I have not heard that
Charleston is, but you should check with local authorities.  For South
Carolina clubs and contacts, check the STAR*Ferret database; you can
obtain a copy by emailing [log in to unmask] with the message SEND
FERRET DATABASE, I believe.
