Hello everyone. I want to tell you guys my story. I still can't believe
it. I have just recently found out that ferrets are not allowed in
schools! I have been bringing ferrets to pre-schools, head starts,
kindergartens, and on up for about 10 or so years and have had no problems.
Yesterday I took my sweetie Coco (Cinnamon wasn't too happy, but I told her
when she stops biting she'll be able to go outside more often. I still
recieved the evil glare.) to a pre-school, I was told that the person who
told me that it was ok to bring him in didn't know that the ferret is
considered a wild animal. I was very upset. To me, a wild animal is a
animal who can survive out in the wild. Coco isn't wild. He looks to me
for food, love, and everything else. A dog could survive without us humans
longer than my fuzzy. Anyways, the lady did let the kids see Coco, however
it was through his carrier's door like he was some zoo animal. Now he
loves his trips to the schools and usually is all perky ! and happy when
we get home, but yesterday, he just went to his cage and looked all
depressed. And Cinnamon bit me when I tried to give her loving. I guess
she is still mad at me.

Dooks to all!!!
