Bill, I was so glad to hear about you finding Owen.  That is one of my
worst fears with three adult children coming and going at all hours.  There
are quite a few ferrets lost and using a dog on a leash maybe an idea that
we haven't thought of yet.  What if you got a friend to bring over their
dog and let them smell the bedding or other ferrets?  It would need to be
a controlled situation but if I was desperate I would try anything to find
one of my babies.
