Hi, Kat! Colloidal silver has been an oft-discussed topic on this list ...
and almost always, that discussion has degenerated into a flame war.

I think it would be a shame if that were to happen again, particularly at
this holiday time of year when 1) many people are stressed out and a bit
frazzled, and 2) the holidays are supposed to be a time of peace and good
will towards others. So, let me just say that yes: a number of us have
used colloidal silver on our ferrets with good results, many shelters use
it, and some vets. (including mine) recommend it.

Since this topic has been discussed ad nauseum in the past, I think the
best place to get further information on it is the list archives. (See
the header of the FML Digest for the address; the archives are searchable!)
I have posted a great deal of research (including medical and other
scientific study results) on colloidal silver to the list, and I believe
Gary Holowicki and others have also posted similar information. If you
have any questions, please feel free to ask me, and I'll be happy to supply
any information that I can.

Peace and Happy Holidays to all, from me, Blair, Bianca, and Smokey! :->
