Has anyone dealt with this website before?

I ordered Pet G.O. powder in 8oz bottle for my ferrets as I am almost
out and have not heard any updates as of confirmation date of May 10th.

Have called the number on website and another I found in white pages,
no answer, one phone sounds like static. I am afraid something may have
happened to this person, can someone in the area or anyone that knows
her PLEASE do a wellness check??? Her name is Angela Espinet of Florida
and from what I see she is a senior citizen. Hoping she is okay.
