Hey all, I have a really silly story to tell you.  (well it had me in
stitches)
 
Last night Hugo was in the kitchen and he smelled something that really
bugged him.  His tail was as puffy as it could get as was his whole body.
Well he was walking very slooowly.  This allowed Elbert to catch him.
Elbert is not the quickest of ferrets.  He is about 3 moves behind all the
others, and often has a look of confusion on his face.  "where did they all
go?" Well with Hugo moving so slow Elbert was able to have at it on Hugos
ears and Hugo didn't seem to notice.  Well Elbert got a bit braver an took a
chomp on Hugos neck.  Hugo still did not notice.  So Elbert decided it was
ok to try to drag Hugo to his hidy hole.  Remember they were in the kitchen
on Linoleum.  Here is Elbert trying to drag Hugo (they are the same size)
and his feet kept slipping.  It was so funny.  Hugo was not doing anything
about it.  Finally Elbert got Hugo to the carpet and that is when Hugo
noticed and put a stop to it.  Hugo was still total body fuzzy.  I felt so
bad for him I picked him up, all the time laughing, to tell him it was
really ok to get dragged around by such a weak ferret.  Elbert was so proud
of himself he went bounding off to see who else he could find to exert his
dominance on.  Poor Elbert came across Taos first, and had to high tail it
out of there lest his feet get chomped on.  Elbert is one of the clumsyist
ferrets around.  He is constantly falling and tripping when he gets excited.
Poor guy
 
I tell you Taos is such a brat.  She was at the food dish and Elbert came by
to dine with her.  As soon as he stuck his head in for a bite he got one
from Taos.  She squeaked and snapped at him.  He looked so sad.  She is the
smallest skinniest ferret around.  all she does is run.  she burns way more
calories than she takes in.
 
Well there you go.  The story of Brave and Strong Elbert!
