Sounds like an adrenal problem to me.  Female presents with a swollen
vulva, sometimes accompanied by hair loss, and that's it.  Adrenal
tumors are successfully removed routinely around here.  I operate a
ferret shelter in MD.  I see what you are describing all the time.  It
is also possible that it is a pituitary problem, but that is not as
common.  If your veterinarian needs additional info. or assistance in
this matter, please have him contact my vet, Dr. Thomas Kawasaki,
