Hi all -
I've got 2 powerball tickets that I purchased while in CT a few weeks ago.
I'm on Long Island..  and have no plans on going back to CT as my sister
just sold her condo.  Sooo... I have 2 tickets worth $7.00 that I'd like
to mail to a shelter anywhere whose state can redeem these tickets.
 
I don't know how else to do this, other than to say the first person who
e-mails me, (and I can verify the shelter somehow) gets 'em.
