In yesterdays FML. Larry D. Tilford asks the following:
>I am compelled to ask: if there are five million ferrets owned in this
>country, what percent of these are currently in shelters? How many of
>these ferrets' owners are "idiots" because they have not been checked
>out by some shelter owner/operator?

From some of the shelter operators posting to the list, the answers to the
questions are as follows,

1) Not enough...they all should be!!!
2) All of them, because they had the temerity to get a fuzzy from a pet
   store.
