These are new ferret lyrics to a children's lullaby titled
"All Through The Night".  My ferrets live in a tri-level cage with their
poo-pan on the ground floor and their hammocks on the second and third
floors.
 
 
We get up to use our bedding,
All through the night.
Were so nervous, we are shedding,
All through the night.
Walking down that ramp we're leery,
It's so dark and very eerie,
We are tired and we're weary.
All through the night.
 
We get hungry and we must eat
All through the night.
All that chewing has us just beat.
All through the night.
Why did Mother have to wean us,
Couldn't we get intravenous?
Hang that food bag in between us,
All through the night.
 
We get thirsty and we must drink
All through the night.
More trips down just make our hearts sink
All through the night.
Solve this problem for us would you?
We think little diapers should do,
Someone needs to change them, could you?
All through the night.
