Hi!  Here's some topics...
 
Redwall
A new Redwall book is out!!!  I have read ALL his book (Brian Jaques).  Even
though I love the Redwall books, I am very offended by them.  They think of
ferrets as either stupid, evil, greedy, heartless, mercinaries, or sneaky,
evil, greedy, selfish worlord.  This is totally unfounded (mostly ;>).
 
New Standard Encyclopedia
Next time you're in your library, look in the New Standard Encyclopedia
under "ferrets".  It classifies them as red eyed relitives of the weasle
with a black mask.  It continues to say that if they escaped they form feral
colinies and are extremely destructive to local wildelife, especially
poultry.  That is sickening!!!  It disgusts me to think that a little kid
might put that in a report he reads to his entire class.  And I ask JUST
WHAT KINDOF STANDARD ARE THEY TRYING TO SET!!!!!  >:^(
 
Ferret Spotting
At the end of a movie called Mars Attacks that was in the theaters in Dec or
Jan.  When the people are on the island, the woman is holding a large sable
ferret.
 
Ferret Starter Kit
Yesterday, when I was at Pet Food Ware house, with my ferret of coarse, and
saw a ferret starter kit.  Just out of curiosity I looked at what it
contained.  Among somethings, a cage the size of a small aquarium, and cedar
beding.  What if a first-timer bught that for two ferts?!  Not only would
the cage be WAY to small, but they would both probably get respitory
diesiese!  I am going to go again and get the companys name, then look up
the E-mail adress and post it.  Not so people can send hate-mail or
anything, but if enouf people complane, mabey they will change the kit.
 
Moist Cat Food
The place witch sells my ferrets food (Kaytee) remodled and won't be open
for a while.  I had to buy a different food, witch see didn't like that
much.  I felt sorry for her and got her moist cat food instead (I love to
spoil her!).  SHE LOVES IT!!!  It meets the nutritional requirements, but
what about her teeth?  Her stools are looser and stinkeyer.  If you got any
info.  on this it is appreciated.  I will either switch back to Kaytee when
they get it (G-d knows WHEN) or order Totally Ferret from Neeps ferret
store.
 
Sugergliders
My ferret gets along great with my gunea pigs, and I may soon get a suger
glider.  How do they get along with ferrets?  Bandit is soooooo sweet.  She
never plays to ruff or bites (when she yawns she likes to come down on my
skin, but it is REALLY light.  She also puts my fingers in her mouth but is
real gentil about it).  Any Info????
