To whom it may concern,
 
Two nights ago I posted what I thought were laws and rights for honest
citizens in California regarding the lawful ownership of ferrets.  Let it be
known that this was information I had read directly from a California
Domestic Ferret Association (CDFA) pamphlet...
 
The reality of the situation seems to be completely different from what I
had assumed from reading this literature.
 
May God have mercy on the souls of those men and women who slaughter these
animals.
 
I certainly do not.
