I bought mine at an Office Supply place.  It is a Pelouze brand, digital,
can weight in both grams and ounces, up to ten pounds.
 
I put a plastic Rubbermaid bin on top and then reset it so it reads zero
even with the bin, place the ferret in the bin, often bribing with a treat,
and weigh him/her.  Works like a charm :-)
