Safeguard cages or any other cage maker that also resells the mesh.  But
easier is your local feed and seed store.  They usually have this sort of
clips for making rabbit hutches and the like.  There are two kinds and both
work best with a specialied kind of pleirs/clamp but can be worked with
nearly any pliers.
