I am looking for ideas on how to "relax" a new little 12 wk old baby.  He
comes from an inhumane breeder in IL.  When you reach in to pick him up he
pulls back.  I have to let him come out of the cage then pick him up.
 
When I put him down to play, he is scared of everything.  His tail is
constantly bristled.
 
Constructive ideas are welcome.  Please reply directly to me.
