I have a question.  I'm trying to rescue a ferret.  We may get him soon I
hope.  Don't think he ever got any shots past the one.  He is 5 years old.
The owner's also have two dogs.  Someone mentioned Canine Distemper.  We
would only try to get him so we could at least get him to a shelter.  Does
it matter if he has not had shots or maybe even the dogs and bring
something into our home?  I've held the ferret and their son has played
here for about 5 days now..  None of our ferret's are sick....
 
Would appreciate any advice on this.  Seems like I ask questions and no one
responds to me.  Sure, I answer alot of question thru email myself and not
always to the board.
