Some of my ferrets have been chasing sun reflexes on a wall, but
they lose interest quickly. I don't think they have very bad
eyesight, but they probably perceive what they see. Presumably
their eyes have a different field of view and different
sensitivities to shapes and movements than we have, but what I
think they lack most is a feature that lets them quickly
recognise the objects they see.
 
Snow:
   I really shouldn't have been surprised at the snow on the
ground outside this morning, as Alison has already started to
change colours. Her mask is no longer dark grey, like her
sister's, but has started to become a light brown. (It will
probably be gone totally in a couple of months.)
   If the snow's still left in the evening, I'll see what Carmen
and Rustan thinks about it.
