<nutritional yeast addicts....>

ccc Right after reading your post, I went to the kitchen -- before reading
the rest of the FML <G> -- retrieved a jar of Nutritional Yeast, and looked
about for the ferrets.  Each was asleep until I positioned the open jar near
their noses.  Seconds later each attempted to plunge her/his head into the
jar!  Christine, if your keeping score, all 5 liked a taste of the
nutritional yeast -- but their reaction wasn't in the same league as yours!
 
    The only other yeast I gave to a (sick) ferret was Brewer's Yeast.  This
was done following advice I read from a DVM that I in turn discussed with
the vet who treats my kids.
 
    Irene & Kids (who also like to **sample** their vegetarian mom's meals!)
