You say your vet has anecdotal evidence of seizures in dogs who have had
direct exposure to Febreeze.  Has he heard anything about using Febreeze
in the wash?  I use a little when washing my ferts' bedding.  I would
expect it would wash out in the rinse cycles (my washer allows two, so I
use 'em!), but there's always the possibility - make that likelihood - of
chemical residuals.
