 ...couch.  My ferrets have taken up residence in one of our couches, in
the box beneath the cushions.  Our first had previously slept in a box
spring until he discovered this place - it's much more inaccessible to
humans!
 
The problem is, the couch is becoming a bit odoriferous, if you get my
drift.  The ferts don't seem to be using a corner of it as a latrine, it
just seems to be normal bedding odor.  But unlike normal bedding, I can't
exactly stuff a full size couch into the washer....
 
Does anyone have any tips on combatting the odor in cases like this?
