A local vet has asked me to get info from you experienced FMLers with a
ferret amputee.  A colleague of his has a patient that a tumor has grown
around or in one of its joints.  They are considering amputation of the
limb, but are concerned the cancer has spread elsewhere.
 
What the vet is interested in is for his *future* reference.  Please email
me clear, brief, and concise info on your experience with a ferret that has
had a limb removed - diagnosis, sickness (cancer?), injury, any prosthesis,
recovery time, medications.  Does someone have web page info on Dayna
Frazier's FOG?
