Dear Sandee,
 
I just wanted you to know that you have a dark sable boy coming your way.
His name is Banjo, and he will be dragging a piece of aluminum dryer tube
with him.  It was his favorite toy.  And beware, his name should have been
Thumper.  When he scratches, he'll wake everybody up.  Just tell him that
Mom and Dad miss him, and that we love him.  I just couldn't stand to think
of all the suffering that he was having, and knowing that there was no cure
for him, I made what I hope was the right decision for him.  It sure wasn't
for me.  He won't know anyone up there, so please introduce him to some
others.  His friends down here miss him too.
