Hello,
I am writing this for Sue Stout. Her Jonesy went in for adrenal/insulinoma
surgery this morning. All went well. He was released to her at about 5
PM. At 6:30 PM the top of his stitches started opening up. She called the
vet that did the surgery but the hospital was closed and no one was able
to reach the vet. She was able to get Jonesy into another hospital, where
a second surgery was done. Jonesy had fluid in his abdomen, and that was
when it was found the vet performing the original surgery used one
continuous stitch to sew up Jonesy.

At this time, Jonesy is home with Sue while she tries to bring up his body
temperature. Sue worked a 12 hour night shift last night. So she has been
without significant sleep since 3 PM Thursday.

Please keep both of them in your prayers and thoughts.

Margie.
