New NH Law on ferret kits - age of sale

The Honorable Gov. Jean Shaheen
signed HB110 into law on March 25th.
 
This new law requires that no ferret kits will be sold in NH pet stores
under the age of 8 weeks.
 
This new law takes effect in NH on May 24, 2002.
