I am so glad that William ran this, and that Ted Turner is helping native
species like the Black Footed Ferrets.

Should anyone be interested in trying TT's bison to help those
conservation ranches' bottom line but a bit afraid, don't worry.  Bison
is similar to beef but more flavorful -- like the best steak you have
ever had.  It cooks faster so leave it on the heat for shorter time and
you will find it more tender than most steaks if you do that, too.  It
is naturally very, very lean, so very low in fat and cholesterol, and it
is higher in a number of nutrients than beef.
