I had nothing but pleasant correspondence and phone calls in my dealings
with IDG.  They shipped our order immediately and we received it within 7
days.  They did have a minimum order quantity of 30 books to receive the
best wholesale price.  But that's quite standard when ordering products.
 
We're selling books at our shelter if anyone is looking for a copy, and we
